This was a pandemic project that I didn't get around to wearing until Costume-Con 42. I love the ridiculously over-the-top hats of the 1780s; this one is relatively subdued compared to some of the fashion plates you can find!

The dress is mostly handsewn, and I hand embroidered the buttons. The hat is made from a dollar-store placemat and I also made the chatelaines.
