The Will To Power is a lovely independent comic book brought to you by me, my partner in crime and a whole bunch of snarky photocopiers. The premise is, basically, that a society of elves has been living underground for millennia, and the society is inevitably crumbling and succumbing to decadence and apathy. One woman decides that she wants to find out if everything she's been taught is a load of horse manure, and embarks on a journey up to the surface, collecting a motley crew of tagalongs in the process.
