Currently based in Toronto, Maral specializes in Tribal Bellydance, a relatively new form of dance that originated in California and has recently been making inroads in Ontario. She enjoys fusing various styles of dance with her more traditional Egyptian Bellydance training. Maral is a member of Toronto's only ATS-format Tribal dance troupe, Shades of Araby. She and the troupe are presently available for belly dance performances in the Southern Ontario area.
