Ayumi Hamasaki - I am... album
Needless to say, this costume was popular. I had a few people recognize me, but lots more were just "Wow, great costume! What's it from?" or "Hey, Poison Ivy!" so I was glad I'd brought my Ayumi CD with me to show people. It was very nice not having to wear a wig for once, but the leaves did horribly tangly things to my hair.
Bikini: A strapless flesh-coloured bra and thong panties to which I sewed leaves. Since they stretch, and I needed to be able to tell how and where the leaves would cover me, I had to sew the leaves while the bikini was on me. The front wasn't so bad, but sewing leaves to your own butt is rather difficult, let me tell you.
This costume is retired.
